David W. Thomas, MD

David W. Thomas, MD was born and raised in Sutton, West Virginia.  He graduated from the West Virginia School of Medicine and completed his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Charleston division of the WVU School of Medicine.  Dr. Thomas is a Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Department of Ob/Gyn and is actively involved in teaching of medical students and residents in training.

Dr. Thomas practices general Gynecology with interests in minimally invasive surgery, reconstructive vaginal surgery, contraception, infertility, endometriosis, and urogynecology.
